See when each kind of data last synced for each character, what each status means, why a sync failed or paused, and run one now.

See when each kind of data was last read from EVE, for each character, why a read failed, and start one by hand.
The app reads your data from ESI, EVE's official data service, on a timer: one timer per kind of data per character, plus shared timers for public data such as market prices. Each read is a sync, and each time one runs it is recorded as a run. Sync and ESI is where you check that it is all working. Come here when something looks out of date.
The Sync dot in the header links here. Green means every sync succeeded; amber means some finished only partly or the timers are off; red means a sync failed, a character needs re-authorising or ESI calls are paused. Hover it for the reason.
From top to bottom the page has:
Rows are kinds of data, columns are your active characters plus Public. Each cell is one timer.
The first column names the kind of data and how often it runs; hover the name for a description. Each cell shows a coloured dot, when it last succeeded (12m ago) and when it runs next (next in 47m). Click a cell for the details and Run now. Deactivated characters have no column.
Each timer picks a slightly random moment inside its range, so the runs do not all hit EVE at once, and never asks before EVE's cached answer expires. EVE itself refreshes some data only every so often (assets about once an hour), so syncing more often would not give newer data.
Use it when you have just done something in game and do not want to wait for the timer.
When Run now is greyed out, the panel says why:
ESI gives every app a budget of requests per time window, per group of routes and per character (Public for shared data). Each row shows the group, whose budget it is, a bar of how much is used, and used / limit per window · n left. The small mark on the bar is the safety margin: when fewer requests than that are left (20% by default), the app slows down for that bucket and the row says Throttled until …. The bar is green normally, amber when close to the margin and red when throttled. Rows appear only after the first ESI answers since the server started.
The margin and the error-limit floor are server-wide settings an admin changes in Settings → Markets and prices → ESI budget.
The last 200 runs that match the filters, newest first. Filter by Kind, Character or Status (Running, Success, Partial, Failed); clear them to see everything.
Price markets lists the markets prices are read from every hour: shared NPC markets added by admins and your own structure markets. Each row shows its last fetch status and time; Runs opens its last 48 hourly fetches. To add a structure market or change its auth character, use Edit in Settings →; see Markets and prices.
Auth configuration is for whoever runs the server. Configured means EVE logins work. It also lists the callback address and the Scopes requested at login, which is the list of permissions every character is asked for.
Click a question to open it.
Industry jobs sync every 5 to 10 minutes, and EVE caches its answer for a few minutes too. Wait, or click the character's Industry jobs cell and press Run now. If it is red or parked, read the error or re-authorise the character.
ESI said the app had used most of its allowed errors, so the app stopped calling it until the time shown to avoid being blocked. Nothing to do: syncs resume by themselves.
The character's EVE login no longer works for this kind of data. Re-authorise the character on Characters and accept every permission; the timer restarts by itself.
Prices, adjusted prices, cost indices and market history are shared by every account, so only admins can run them by hand. They refresh on their own every hour.
It only runs for the character chosen as Auth character of one of your active structure markets in Settings → Markets and prices. For the others it never runs, which is normal.
Automatic syncing is switched off on this server and only Run now updates data. Ask an admin.
A partial run stored what it could and skipped a few items that failed; a failed run stored nothing. Both show the reason in the cell and in the run log.
Assets, wallet, contracts, mining and orders sync hourly, and EVE itself refreshes them only about once an hour, so pressing Run now earlier usually returns the same data. See Stock → Holdings.

“Hourly” runs every 57 to 66 minutes and “daily” every 23.5 to 24.5 hours, as the row labels say.
