1. What Plans is for

Your saved production plans, and how far each one has got in game.

A plan you save from the Planner lands on Plans. From then on the app follows it for you: when you install one of its jobs in game, ESI reports the job and the app ticks it off; when you deliver it, the line turns delivered. You always know what is left to do, on which character, and when.

Plans
The list of saved plans with their status and progress.
A plan's page
Opens when you click a plan: the in-game checklist, progress, the stored tree, jobs and schedule, and the versions.

Saved plans also show elsewhere: their scheduled jobs sit in your characters' free slots on Slots, and Pipeline can include their planned materials (see Where saved plans show up).

2. The plans list

Each row is one saved plan, newest first. Click a row to open it. New plan opens the Planner. With no plans yet the page says No saved plans yet with an Open planner button.

Name
The plan's name. v2 after it means it is a re-plan of an earlier version (hover to see which).
Product × runs
What the plan makes. Click the product to plan it again in the Planner.
Status
Where the plan is in its life (below).
Progress
For example 3 / 7 jobs started · 1 delivered · 1 skipped, with a bar: green delivered, blue running, grey skipped. Hover for the full count.
Planned finish
When the last job should end according to the latest schedule, and how long from now. – when not scheduled.
Created
When the plan was saved.
Archive, Delete (icons)
See Archiving and deleting. An archived plan shows Restore instead of Archive.

Statuses and the filter

The status is worked out from the plan's jobs; you never set it by hand (except Archived).

Draft
Saved but not scheduled: no start times or characters yet.
Scheduled
Scheduled, and none of its jobs started yet.

3. A plan's page and its in-game checklist

What to install, where, with how many runs, and what is already done.

The header shows the name, status, version and (unless archived) a pencil to rename it. Under it: the product, runs, units, when it was created and, for a re-plan, re-planned from plan #12. Four boxes follow:

Progress
Jobs started and delivered, as on the list.
Planned finish
From the latest schedule, or Not scheduled yet.
Schedule
When it was scheduled and on how many characters; some jobs unassigned in red if any did not fit.
Versions
First version, or how many versions this plan has.

The tabs below are the Planner's (see the Planner guide), as they were when the plan was saved, but they open on In-game checklist. Its badge shows jobs started out of all jobs, for example 3/7. The Jobs tab gains a Progress column with each job's state and its game job number.

Working through the checklist

  1. 1
    Find your character
Jobs are grouped by character in start order. Manufacturing and PI jobs sit under No reaction slot (manufacturing / PI); jobs that could not be placed under Unassigned; an unscheduled plan lists them under Not scheduled yet.

4. How jobs are matched to the plan

EVE does not tell the app which plan a job belongs to, so it matches them after you start them.

When a new reaction or manufacturing job appears from ESI, the app looks for a Planned job in your active plans that:

  • uses the same formula or blueprint, and
  • was saved no more than an hour after the job started (you can save a plan just after starting its first jobs).

It links the job automatically when the best candidate has the same number of runs, is assigned to the character who installed it (or to nobody), and no other plan has an equally good candidate. Otherwise it puts an item in the Inbox: Job 5512… (412 runs) may belong to a saved plan: …. Press Link plan job, then Link next to the right planned job (the list warns runs differ where they do), or dismiss it if the job is not part of a plan.

If a job is cancelled
When a linked job is cancelled or reverted in game, the line goes back to Planned and shows a note such as ESI job 5512… was cancelled; back to planned. Start it again and it will be matched again.

Errors you may see when linking by hand:

Job … is not the planned recipe
That game job makes something else. Check the job id.
Job … is already linked to plan …
Unlink it from the other plan first.
Job … was cancelled
Cancelled or reverted jobs cannot be linked.
Job … not found
The app has not synced that job yet, or the id is wrong. Wait for the next job sync.

5. Scheduling and re-scheduling

Give a Draft start times, or re-plan the timings when things slipped.

  1. 1
    Press Schedule (or Re-schedule)
At the top of the plan's page. A Schedule plan panel opens.
  2. 2
    Tick the characters
Each shows its Reactions level, free slots and jobs ready to deliver. It starts with the characters of the last schedule.
  3. 3
    Decide about other plans
Respect other active plans (on by default) keeps the slots your other plans are counting on busy until their planned finish. Turn it off only if this plan should take priority.
  4. 4
    Press Schedule N jobs
Only jobs still Planned are scheduled again, on the slots as they are now. Inputs made by jobs already running in game count as ready at their end time. A message confirms the new finish.

Re-schedule whenever you were late delivering, a job finished early, or you want to add a character. The button is greyed out when the plan is archived, has blocking warnings, or has No planned jobs left to schedule.

The Realization tab on a saved plan is a what-if from now with current prices and stock. It is only available until the first job starts; after that it says Jobs of this plan have started and offers Open in Planner.

6. Re-planning with current stock

Bought or made something since you saved? A new version updates the shopping list.

  1. 1
    Press Re-plan
A Re-plan with current stock panel opens.
  2. 2
    Choose Use stock
On to subtract what you hold now from what you buy (usually what you want).
  3. 3
    Press Re-plan
The server plans the same product and options again with today's stock and prices and saves it as a new version (v2, v3…). If the old version was scheduled, the new one is scheduled on all your active characters.
  4. 4
    Check the differences
Raw input shortfall: before → after lists each input with More to buy, Less to buy, New input, No longer needed or unchanged. Any warnings of the new version show as chips.
  5. 5
    Open the new version
Press Open v2, or Stay on v1.

If none of the old version's jobs had started, it is archived for you. If some had, it stays active (its started jobs belong to it); archive it yourself once they are delivered. at the bottom of the page lists every version with its status and progress.

7. Renaming, archiving and deleting

Rename (pencil)
Next to the name on the plan's page. Enter a new Plan name and press Save.
Archive
Asks first: the plan stops matching game jobs and its planned jobs disappear from Slots and the pipeline. Use it for finished plans and plans you abandon. Restore brings it back with its status worked out again.
Delete
Deletes the plan and all its planned jobs permanently, after you confirm. Only possible while no job was started or delivered; otherwise the button is greyed out and says to archive it instead.

There is no way to edit a saved plan's jobs. To change the product, amount or options, re-plan it or save a new plan.

8. Where saved plans show up

Slots
Each scheduled reaction job still Planned fills one of its character's free slots, with its planned start (+N plannedwhen there are more than free slots). The Timeline draws it as a planned bar. Click it for the details. See Slots.
Pipeline
Switch on Include plans in the material flow to add the output and inputs of saved plans' jobs not started yet (Planned out, Planned in). A job's own page has a Plan section naming its plan and planned job. See Pipeline and jobs.
Inbox
Jobs that might belong to a plan but could not be linked automatically.
Scheduling
Other active plans' planned jobs hold their slots when you schedule a new plan, unless you turn that off.

Plans

I started a job in game but its line still says Planned.

Wait up to 10 minutes for the job sync. If it is still Planned, check the Inbox for an item saying the job may belong to a saved plan (usually because the runs or character differ from the plan) and press Link plan job. Or press Link job on the line and enter the job id.

I installed different runs from the plan. Is that a problem?

The app will not link it by itself; it asks in the Inbox. Link it there. To keep things automatic, install exactly the runs on the checklist line, with the character it names.

The job is delivered but the line still says Started.

A line turns Delivered when the app records the job's output. Wait for the next job sync. If the job is blocked (its inputs were not found in your records), fix it from the Inbox; see Blocked jobs.

Why can I not delete my plan?

Once a job of the plan has started or been delivered, the plan is part of your history and can only be archived. The message reads Plan … has N started or delivered jobs; archive it instead.

What is the difference between Archive and Skip?

Skip drops one job from a plan you are still running. Archive puts the whole plan away: it stops matching jobs and leaves Slots.

The schedule is out of date. How do I fix it?

Press Re-schedule on the plan's page. It schedules the jobs still Planned from now, on your slots as they are, and updates the checklist order and Slots.

I bought some inputs after saving. How do I update the shopping list?

Make sure the purchase is recorded (market buys arrive by themselves), then press Re-plan. The new version shows what changed in the shortfall.

What does “Plan can't be saved” mean?

The plan has a blocking warning (Reactions level too low, facility cannot run the formula, reaction group off, or a cycle). The message lists them. Fix the cause in Settings, Facilities or Characters, then save or re-plan again.

Something unclear or out of date? Ask your admin. All guides

In progress
At least one job has been started or delivered in game.
Done
No job is waiting or running any more: every job is delivered or skipped.
Archived
Put away by you, or replaced by a newer version. Archived plans are never matched to jobs and do not hold slots.

The list hides archived plans. Click a Status chip to show only that status, or All, incl. archived to see everything. Click the chip again, or Clear, to go back. No plans with this status means the filter matches nothing.

2
Read the line
For example Deliver job 5512… first · Install Fullerides × 412 runs at Tatara-01 start now. start now means the slot and the inputs are ready; after 14:20 means wait until then. Deliver … first names the job whose slot this one takes. PI lines say Run PI for.
  • 3
    Install it in game
Use the Name and Runs buttons to copy the product name and runs into the industry window. Install with the character and runs the line gives: that is how the app recognises the job.
  • 4
Let the app pick it up
Within 5 to 10 minutes the job sync sees the new job and the line switches to Started, with a link to the game job and its state. You can tick the box yourself in the meantime as a reminder; the tick is saved.
  • 5
    Deliver it
When you deliver the job in game and the app records its output, the line switches to Delivered.
  • Line states and buttons

    Planned
Not started in game yet (or the app has not matched it yet).
    Started
Matched to a job in game that is running or waiting for delivery.
    Delivered
The job was delivered and its output is in your stock records.
    Skipped
You decided not to run it. Skipped jobs count as finished for the plan's status.
    Link job
Link a Planned line to a game job by hand: enter its ESI job id (same recipe) and press Link. The note Linked by hand appears.
    Unlink
Remove a wrong link; the line goes back to Planned.
    Skip, Unskip
Skip a Planned job you will not run (for example you bought the intermediate instead), or bring it back.

Only Planned lines can be ticked; on other lines hover the box to see why. An archived plan cannot be changed.

    Version history
Re-plan plans the whole amount again
A new version is a fresh plan for the full product amount; it does not leave out jobs the old version already started. Re-plan before you start installing, or reduce the amount in the Planner (Open in planner) and save a new plan instead.

Blocking warnings: the new version was not saved means something changed (a skill, a facility, a reaction group) that makes the plan impossible; the message says what. Open in planner opens the plan's options in the Planner, unsaved, to try changes.
